This place offers quiet and comfortable accommodation, conveniently situated near bus stops, a supermarket, the airport, and delicious local restaurants serving good food and hot drinks.

I truly enjoyed how particularly good and stunning the location was. Also, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Seeduwa Methodist Church. It was new-fashioned, huge and with an excellent shower. The food was superb - a wide range of options.

really enjoyed the hotel, it is convenient and clean, has favourable location in nice garden. location: the property was next to supermarket 400 m, the airport, which can be reached by bus or tuktuk and negombo. moreover, the hotel was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from temple. i got a neat room with extra bedroom for kids.

The hotel's location is marvelous and fantastic, so close to the garden and the airport, with an excellent beach location. the units were fairly quiet in a nice garden.

The venue had fantastic friendly and excellent co-operating staff who made the stay really nice. The breakfast was good, good service.

Reasonably priced and good sized units with the garden as well as AC, and the staff were helpful! Central location was a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail that was evident throughout my stay. The location, although in a soulless residential area, was surprisingly peaceful. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms with AC were a godsend in the Sri Lankan heat. I particularly loved the excellent shower in the master bedroom, which provided a refreshing start to my day. The extra bedroom for kids also came in handy for families traveling with children. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the breakfast served at this hotel. It was a delicious spread that gave me the energy I needed to start my day off right.

The only aspect that could be improved upon was the kitchen facilities, which were not well-equipped.

I had a very late check-in at Airport Villa and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even arranged a light meal for me upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the airport transfer service made my departure the next morning hassle-free. I had a great experience at this convenient location and would recommend it to others.

There weren't many restaurant options nearby and the breakfast table was too high and unstable. It was also difficult to find the hotel due to an incorrect location on Google maps.

I recently stayed at Airport Villa for a short trip to Sri Lanka. The manager, Malraj, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The hotel's close proximity to the airport was perfect for our needs, and the clean rooms and lovely pool provided a great place to relax. Additionally, there was a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away and an ATM accessible by TukTuk in just 2 minutes.

Would recommend this hotel.
